First: Return and Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Second: Return and Exchange Conditions
To ensure your return or exchange request is accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused and unopened.

The product must be in its original condition with the original packaging.

Attach the purchase invoice or order number.

The product must not be consumable or opened for hygiene reasons.

Third: Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products that have been opened or used.

Skincare or makeup products after the packaging has been removed.

Products on sale or part of special offers (except in cases of manufacturing defects).

Fourth: Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:

A product that does not match your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching clear photos of the product. We will replace it or issue a full refund free of charge.

Fifth: Shipping Costs
The store will cover shipping costs if there is an error in the order or a defect in the product.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs if requesting a return for personal reasons.

Sixth: Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
